Andrea Šulcová (CZ) und Allison Wheeler (USA) bilden ein bezauberndes Duo, das aus ihrer gemeinsamen Liebe zu Folk, Bluegrass und Songwritering entstanden ist. Nach ihren erfolgreichen Debüts im Jahr 2022, Andrea mit Opportunities (Animal Music) und Allison mit Winterspring (Ubuntu Music), fand sich das Duo im Frühjahr 2023 "nur zum Spaß" und aus Freude am gemeinsamen Komponieren. Obwohl sie aus entgegengesetzten Ecken der Welt stammen, sind sie verwandte Seelen, die mit Joni Mitchell, Allison Krauss oder Dixie Chicks aufgewachsen sind, die ihren Sound stark beeinflusst haben. Ihre Zusammenarbeit deutet auch auf ihre Jazzausbildung hin - Andrea studierte Jazzflöte an der Kunstuniversität Graz (AT) und Allison Jazzgesang an der University of Northern Colorado (USA). Dabei bleiben die Songs der Schönheit des Einfachen treu und fesseln den Zuhörenden mit fließenden Harmonien und autentischen Erzählungen. Ihre erste EP Life of a Song wurde im Herbst 2023 veröffentlicht, und das Duo blüht weiter mit neuer Musik auf, während sie sich auf ihre Sommertour begeben.
